Blog about newsletters

I am a Realtor and have several homes currently listed. I would like to be able to find more buyers for the homes I have listed. I run big, expensive ads in the newspapers and do not get any calls. I have Open Houses and no one comes. I send out monthly newsletters to past clients and feature the listings, but no one is interested. Me and my sellers have to wait for other agents to bring clients through, which I **** waiting! I would like to be more proactive and find creative ways to find buyers myself so the homes sell! I am thinking maybe people out there have ideas I can try or things you wish your agent would have done for you when you were selling your home. Maybe there are agents out there who are doing something creative now and want to share. Any ideas??

i need some ideas for newsletter names. the newsletter is for my history class and its about the american and french revolutions.

For the last two years, I have slowly evolved my career towards becoming a private guitar instructor. Lately. I have been thinking about creating a newsletter because I’m discovering the effectiveness of word-of-mouth advertisement from parents and students. From my experience in writing, I’m aware that a properly written and distributed newsletter or mailing list is highly effective way to reach people.

The question I have is what kind of software would I need? Is there a really good program available for creating, editing, and managing this? Are there web-based applications or a free website? I just want to write mini articles (tips, etc.) and calendar info, including recitals or open music events…

I just don’t know how to get this started, so I thought I would ask? It would be even really swell if I could just tie it all in with my calendar, which I have yet to figure out a program. Would MS Outlook be a soloution for Calendar and Newsletter?

i need to do a fun page for our august newsletter and i have absolutely no ideas! i try to connect the page with the month.. but i honestly cannot think of anything for august.. recipes, jokes, quizes, crosswords, anything will help. THANKS!

I am a new Apple user and wrote the newsletter on my Macbook using the word publishing layout. I put in many photos and then converted the document to a pdf, but it is too large to send. I would like to publish it to the web, so that I can just send a link to my friends versus the document. Any ideas?

I want to join a pregnancy website and possibly sign up for a weekly email newsletter that will tell me about how my baby is growing each week. There are so many out there though, I don’t want to sign up for them all, only to have to unsubscribe later from the ones that are not as good. I started a newsletter for my cleaning company and I live on a military base and deal strictley with military families only right now since this is a fresh start. I add two - three stories like right now over seas we are starting typhoon season. But what other story ideas can I use. Anything would be great. Also some great websites for tips and organazation wuld be AWESOME. you can see my website and what I’m all about if that helps you help me LOL!

I live in NJ, USA, I want to start a community newsletter. What are any laws/legal requirements I should know about newsletters?

The purpose of the newsletter is to inform faculty and staff on the current events of the Disability Services. Also to provide some training on working with students with disabilities. Any ideas… I would like something catchy!

i am already doing COMMENTS from the DIRECTORS, upcoming events, promotions, new hires, birthdays, anniversaries etc…i want NEW ideas. Please help.
