I want to create a document (flyer or newsletter) using In design CS3 but I don’t know how to save it so that a professional printing company can open it and mass print it. I think I have to save for a service provider, so that they have all the links and fonts etc. Can you explain how to do this? Thanks!
I own a design agency that offers very high quality graphic and web design services. Up until now we have been more of a B2C business, offering logos, brochures, direct mail, newsletters, websites, etc.
We work with a couple advertising agencies that outsource their creative needs to us. It has turned out to be a great asset to these companies because they can pick up the phone and call whenever the need arises and take comfort in knowing we can handle whatever they throw our way.
Currently, we are changing our focus to be more of a B2B design agency. Up until now, all of our B2C business has been provided through word of mouth referrals. I would really appreciate any advice people could give me to help open some new doors to advertising agencies in need of outsourcing solutions. I’m not talking about outsourcing to India either…our talent is 100% American! Thank you in advance!

I am newly in charge of putting together our small group’s newsletter. So far, we’ve had a text list of upcoming activities. For some reason, the group thinks I’m creative and asked me to come up with a newly designed newsletter. Any suggestions???
Yesterday, after much research I figured out how to make documents into PDFs and can send them to everyone via email. Mostly I’m just concerned about design. Where should I look??
For a small business that does a weekly email blast of 150 to 200 email addresses the best of the sites I’ve found so far are Constant Comment and Your Mail List Provider. Can anyone give me pros and cons for each of those? Are there other services you would recommend? There must be image capabilities and flexibility of colors, fonts, templates, tables, etc,.
I copied a newsletter’s masthead - the client asked me and i sold 3000 copies of the newsletter to the client. Neither me nor the client new that there existed something like copyright on the design. My design look exactly 100% like the original. There was 2 photos in that the client supplied to me - the same that he supplied the previous company. I just combine them like they did and i use the same font as they did - it’s a free for all font. I got sued vor R1million bucks. The profit i made out of this deal was about R20 000. I got a lawyer but he does not specialise in copyright - must i change my lawyer? the client used me cause the service wasnt good at the previous company and she didnt want to use him anymore. Please help - i need to win this case.
