What is the best way to create free newsletters and send through email without having to attach the file for download. I use yahoo as my primary email, but also have another email through outlook express. I would like the newsletters to have some photos and information, and to show up once they open the email. Links are not really needed unless it is easy to do.

Have you tried groups.yahoo.com ?
Few years ago I had a group (customers) and I’ve used Yahoo Groups to send them new price lists.
