What is the best way to create free newsletters and send through email without having to attach the file for download. I use yahoo as my primary email, but also have another email through outlook express. I would like the newsletters to have some photos and information, and to show up once they open the email. Links are not really needed unless it is easy to do.

I want to make an html email newletter and I keep reading that you only need to paste the completed html into the email and use absolute links. However, I have tried creating a newsletter through Yahoo and all it does is print the html in the recepient’s email. Here is my test code using an absolute link to an image and some text. Can any one help me figure out why this method is not working?

/head
h4Hello World!/h4
pThis is our new newsletter. Hope you like it./p

Also sending the newsletter as an attachment is not an option, I need the newsletter to appear within the email document.

If you were interested in what the website provided, would you prefer an emailed newsletter or a just a notice about the update? I am really not talking about an rss feed but rather an email telling you what has been updated.

Smart Computing says that whenever they test it gets bumped and they feel it might be my spam that’s doing it. How do you test the spam for it’s functions ?

I’d like to send clients my newsletter embedded in an email message body. I’ve received these before but want to send them. Instead of the client clicking a link or having to download an attachment I want them to see the newsletter (with pictures, etc) in the body. Is there a FREE or inexpensive way to do this? Or is there an email service (yahoo, GMail, etc) that offers this feature? Or must I pay for software or pay a company to host such a service for me.

I am trying figure out what is the actual/official/technical name of those boxes you see on websites of organizations/bands/etc that give the viewer a place where they can type their email address to be automatically subscribed to an email newsletter to stay informed on the organization represented on that website. Does that anybody know the actual/official/technical name of what that type box is called? A URL of an example of what I am talking about is shown below:

We have been trying to find a company that will write and email newsletters for our business. Is there a company that does it all including the writing, graphics, design work and emailing?
We have done the internet searches. None that do all the writing, design work and emailing - start to finish.
The first answer: our email to that address has gone unanswered.
The second answer: We had already tried that search….no companies that do it all…they just give you the ability to do the bulk email.
Anyone have a REAL answer to our question. Thanks.
