Blog about newsletters

I’m desperately trying to find out how to do this. I’ve looked for useful info on the internet and read several questions about it in here, but nothing works. I know HTML and I already have the webpage I want to send.

I’ve tried sending the HTML text but it just turns out as plain text. I’ve also tried saving the webpage and sending the html file in an attachment, but it doesn’t display after opening the e-mail message, you have to download it. I also read I had to convert the html extension of the file to asp, I did that and didn’t work either.

I really don’t know what else to do. Some help would be really appreciated. I have Yahoo, Hotmail and Gmail. Thank you!
I need it to display just after you open the email message, not as an attachment or a link.

I’m helping to develop a how-to-write newletter website and want to include links to already written articles and/or to informative websites. I would like to feature reprintable articles on the website. I’m not looking for newsletter design companies or sites that require payment in order to view articles. I’m interested in finding links and articles about club, community, customer, teacher, daycare, student, staff, PTA, parent church, employee, bluc, client, city, and business newsletters.

I have a list of 5000 companies, address, city and state. I want to send an HTML and text email to the CFO or VP Operations level contact at each company. Absent of looking up the specific executive via Hoovers or Selectory or some other way, then finding out the correct email convention for that company - is there an easier/faster process? The way I am used to doing it is OK for 10-20 companies, but no way for 5000. Any suggestions or actual guidance are welcome. It is important that the message gets to the CFO level, my company offers a very specific service.

I am adding a newsletter creation and email distribution service for my clients. Any advice on the software or service I should look into? I have heard about Topica and Constant Connection. Has anybody ever worked with these services?

Why would I need Yahoo Groups? I want a box on my webpage that all they have to do is enter their email addy to sign up for a free email newsletter….I just dunno how.

I would like to know how to create newsletters the type you received from newspapers, banks, etc that contain links, images, etc. what is the technology I need to know to create one of those?

We send weekly newsletter to about 50 people. We can no longer use the regular email service. How does the yahoo groups work?

I’m sending the newsletter as an attachment, and have gotten several responses from folks who say they can’t open or read it since they don’t have publisher. Someone mentioned saving it as a pdf file. How do I do that? Maintaining layout is pretty important to making sense of the newsletter.

I’ve created an e-newsletter that incorporates gif and jpeg images. However, the images sometimes don’t appear in the newsletter but rather as attached photos below the e-newsletter. Is there some way to alter the format or coding of the e-newsletter to ensure these images appear?

The problem occurs when receiving and viewing the e-newsletter in my Yahoo e-mail. However, I am able to receive other e-newsletters that don’t have this problem so I don’t think it’s simply the mail server.
