How do you keep an email from showing everyone it is sent to?

I am a preschool teacher and am starting an email newsletter. Not all my parents want their email addresses published. How do you keep the addresses from showing in the sent messages. I know that I have gotten messages that show the sender as who it was sent to, but I’m not computer savy enough to figure this out…I have tried.

You can send out e-mails without showing addresses by sending the e-mails as blind copies. Instead of addressing the e-mail to to, use the bccbutton. That should do it. However, you still have to send it out to one person under to, so send it to yourself.
    Hope this helps.

Send it only to yourself in the To line and add everyone else to the BCC line.. Vuallah.. no other recipients see anyone but you.

Send blind carbon copies (bcc). If you are using Outlook Express, compose your e-mail, then near the top of the dialogue box, look for Cc:. Click on Cc: and a new window will appear. Click on Bcc:, and select from the menu of people in your e-mail address book to add to the Bcc thingamajig. If you are using an e-mail program other than Outlook express, the principle is still the same, but I could not advise you further. However, you must bcc. those whom you wish to add to your distribution list. Just look around, and click as you go.
