I’m not sure how to insert a person’s name so it will say, dear *insert name*, but you can make a new address list. After making the address list there should be an option that says, send the message to all recipients or something like that. If you check that box or click on that choice it will send that letter to everyone on the address list you made. I hope I helped some, but I have an e-mail program that few people use anymore so it may not be the same on yours, but I’m pretty sure it has that button on there.
