Is there a service where you can send a document through snail mail and have it delivered through email?

I am going to boarding school, and I want to send out an email newsletter to my friends, but at my new school we aren’t allowed to use e-mail until our 2nd year. is there a way i can send my newsletter somewhere and have it transferred into email for my friends?
