3. reminder of pool hours etc.
4. note of special events (like maybe complex bbq)
5. any large maintenance forthcoming (we had plumbers tearing out pipes etc and installing new for 6 months)…dates of water shut off etc.
6. reminder of office hours - special dates closure (holidays)
7. ask residents if they want to post items (like items for sale etc.)
these are just some….make sure you put graphics etc….
